What we do,
and how.

Five things, done by the same small team that builds and runs its own products. Below is exactly how each one works — what happens in week one, what you get at the end, and who it suits. No packages to decode, no surprises on the invoice.

01 — SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Apps that pass review and keep working.

iPhone, Android, Mac and web apps, with the backend behind them. We build in React Native, Swift and TypeScript, ship through App Store and Google Play review ourselves, and stay on afterwards — OS updates, store policy changes, crashes, new features.

You get a working build in your hands early and a new one every week, not a reveal at the end.

Suits: founders with an idea to launch, businesses replacing a slow or broken app, and teams that need an app taken over and kept healthy.

HOW A BUILD RUNS

  1. ScopeOne call, then a written plan: screens, features, platforms and timeline.
  2. DesignClickable screens you approve before engineering starts — cheap to change here, expensive later.
  3. BuildWeekly test builds on your own phone (TestFlight / Play internal testing) with a short changelog.
  4. LaunchStore listing, screenshots, privacy forms and review handled. Rejections are our problem, not yours.
  5. SupportCrash monitoring, OS updates and fixes after launch.

02 — PROJECT MANAGEMENT

One lead. No guessing.

Most projects slip because nobody owns the whole picture. We take that role: one accountable person who holds the scope, the schedule, the people and the release — whether the engineers are ours, yours or a mix.

You always know what shipped this week, what ships next, and what's at risk — before it becomes a problem.

Suits: businesses with an in-house or freelance team that needs direction, and projects that are late and need rescuing.

WHAT YOU SEE EVERY WEEK

  1. A demoWorking software, not slides. If it isn't on a phone, it isn't done.
  2. A status noteShipped, next, blocked — in plain language, under a page.
  3. A risk listWhat could move the date and what we're doing about it, raised early.
  4. A release planStore submissions timed around review queues and your launch date.

03 — CONSULTATION

Straight answers from people who ship.

Stuck on an App Store rejection? Unsure whether to rebuild or fix? Choosing a stack, a backend or a release process? We've hit these walls on our own products, so the advice is practical, specific and honest — including "don't build that".

Suits: founders before they hire a team, and teams facing one hard decision they want a second opinion on.

COMMON TOPICS

  1. Store rejectionsReading Apple's and Google's reasons, fixing the right thing, and writing the reply.
  2. Architecture reviewWhat will break at scale, what's over-built, what to keep.
  3. Rebuild or repairAn honest audit of an existing app and the cheaper path forward.
  4. Release pipelineSigning, builds, versioning and CI so shipping stops being an event.

04 — APP PROMOTION

Be the app people find.

Most installs start with a store search. We rework your listing — name, subtitle, keywords, description and screenshots — around what people actually type, country by country, then track rankings daily and keep adjusting.

We use Grow, the growth engine we built and run on our own apps, for research, scoring and rank tracking.

Suits: live apps with good reviews but flat installs, and apps preparing for launch.

THE ASO CYCLE

  1. AuditYour listing scored against the top apps for your keywords, with the gaps named.
  2. Keyword mapSearches ranked by traffic and difficulty — which ones you can realistically win.
  3. RewriteNew metadata and screenshot captions, localised for the countries that matter.
  4. Track & iterateDaily ranks, competitor changes, and a monthly round of adjustments.

05 — ORGANIC MARKETING

Growth that compounds.

Ads stop the day the budget does. Organic work keeps paying: articles that rank in Google, genuinely useful answers in the communities where your users already talk, and landing pages that turn that attention into installs.

Every link is tagged, so we report installs and sign-ups — not likes or impressions.

Suits: products with a clear problem people search for, and teams that want steady growth without an ad budget.

WHAT WE RUN FOR YOU

  1. Search contentA steady schedule of articles written for real questions your users ask.
  2. CommunityGrow surfaces live threads about your problem; we answer helpfully, never spam.
  3. Landing pagesFast pages per audience and country, with one smart link to the right store.
  4. MeasurementClicks, installs and sign-ups per channel, reviewed monthly — keep what works.
